Artistic Recognition Circuit (ARC) is an Artistic-Amenity Company that provides the Venues at which Performers, Promoters, and the public, host their events.

ARC also hosts an annual, 3-Day-Weekend-long, ARC-Awards Festival. The Public-Poll Winners from all the various 411 Inc. platforms, become eligible for an ARC Award, when Award-Nominees, drawn from the pool of previous Public-Poll Winners, are created via Public-Votes.

The ARC-Awards Polls open one month, (30 days), before the annual ARC Awards Festival. Award-Nominees with the highest number of Public-Votes, at the time the ARC-Awards Polls close, win the ARC Awards.
