The third (3rd) weekend in May, in annually rotating countries, is the International ARC Awards Festival. The entire festival is based on the ARC-Awards Polls, which are public-opinion polls, as the Public Nominate entire Works-of-Production, and Parts-of-Production, as well as Nominate individual Talent, to win ARC-Awards.

ARC-Award Nominations stem only from works which have been released for public consumption within the past year (April 16th from the previous year until April 15th of the current year). Each Public Voter-Account may only cast one (1) vote per ARC-Award Category, per award season (annually).

The International ARC Awards Festival is divided into six (6) separate ARC-Awards Shows.

The ARC-Award - given to ARC-Award Category winners each year - looks like a golden arch, made up of multiple hands joined together to create one (1) side of a heart-shape. Each year, the arch of the ARC-Award faces the opposite side. This means that each year’s ARC-Award can be placed beside the previous year’s ARC-Award – or every other year’s ARC-Award, and the two ARC-Awards will create a complete heart shape. The hope is for Talent to endeavor to earn as many complete Hearts as possible. In addition to the prestige of an ARC-Award, winners, in every Category, also receive prizes starting at one million stokens (1M$t.).
