Romantica Web-FILMS stream in the Romantica Online Cinema for sixty (60) days, before being released for digital-download purchase. Romantica Digital Web-Films get released sixty (60) days after the last day the film runs in Online Cinemas. The entire Cast gets profit cuts from Ticket-Link sales, as well as from Digital Web-FILM download sales.

The Rules:

To work at Romantica Inc., in any capacity, you must be at least 21 years old.

 

*MANDATORY* Health & Wellness Testing:

 

Romantica’s mandatory Health & Wellness (H.W.) Testing happens on-site, at the Studio’s Medical Facility, at no cost to those being tested – since everyone is being tested for work-related purposes. Not just Performers have mandatory testing, as everyone at Romantica who may come into contact with Performers, must also be tested regularly. This is a safety measure, to ensure that all persons in our Performers’ environment – with whom they could, possibly, be intimate – are also in optimal health.

Non-Performer Testing:

 

*Mandatory* testing of NON-Performers, are for those who are not Romantica Performers, but will be working directly, or indirectly, with Romantica Performers (Such as: Hair & Make-Up Staff; Directors; Producers; Equipment Operators, etc.), and/or those who, due to proximity, and opportunity, could, possibly, come into contact with Romantica performers (Such as: Medical Staff; Kitchen Staff; Administrative Staff, etc.). Mandatory Non-Performer Health & Wellness (H.W.) Testing occurs every thirty (30) days, beginning thirty (30) days prior to filming, and continuing every thirty (30) days throughout the entire ninety (90) day, or three (3) month-long, Romantica Web-FILM Smart-Contract. To ensure seamless coordination with work schedules, each individual’s H.W. Test is scheduled to occur on the same date, every thirty (30) days. I.e. the 15th of each month. The Non-Performer H.W. Test is a twenty (20) minute procedure.

 

• STD Testing: blood; urine; swabs = 20 Mins

 

 

Performer Testing:

 

*Mandatory* Romantica Performer Health & Wellness (H.W.) Testing occurs every fourteen (14) days, beginning fourteen (14) days prior to filming, and continuing every fourteen (14) days throughout the entire ninety (90) day, or three (3) month-long, Romantica Web-FILM Smart-Contract. To ensure seamless coordination with work schedules, each individual’s H.W. Test is scheduled to occur on the same day, every fourteen (14) days. I.e. every other Wednesday. The Performer H.W. Test is a sixty (60) minute, or one (1) hour-long, procedure, and includes a forty (40) minute Mental-Health Check-Up with a licensed Romantica Therapist.

• Mental-Health Check-Up: Talk Therapy = 40 Mins

*EXCLUSIVITY*:

 

As part of maintaining the health-safety of our Talent, Romantica Staff must be exclusive to the Romantica brand, for the duration of their, ninety (90) day, or  3-month-long, Romantica Web-FILM Smart-Contract. For Talent who cross-over, and go between Romantica, and Mainstream 'Adult-Entertainment', Romantica does offer a platform, called Starz-at-Play, through which Talent can appease their long-time, loyal, ‘Adult-Entertainment’, fans with Content – to ensure those fans remain loyal during the Performer’s 3-month absence. Starz-at-Play is a daily-paid-subscription entry platform.  Since Romantica Inc. retains all subscription fees, Romantica Talent earns, and retains, all money from their sold-Content, without breaking their Romantica Web-FILM Smart-Contract.

Performance-Pressure Release:

 

As the mainstream porn need to focus on the money-shot is removed from Romantica productions, there is significantly less pressure on our male talent, which results in an overall more relaxed atmosphere on Romantica sets.

Romantica Web-FILMS film/shoot for 3 months, from Monday-Friday *only*, with each department working a maximum of eight (8) hours daily, according to one of two (2) schedules:

Promoted Profiles:

 

On each individual “Web-FILM Page” lists thumbnail pictures of each Cast, and Crew, Member, as well as clickable-links to TALENT PROFILES. Talent Profiles for Actors, as well as Directors, Authors/Creators, etc., feature general information, pictures, and a Question/Comment Email Box, to allow fans to email Talent directly. As well, some profiles may choose to feature direct links to their various Social Media Accounts. This way, during Romantica interviews, Talent can just direct viewers to their Romantica Talent Profile for information, or in order to get in touch with them.

Profile Pages also contain links to Talent's Starz-at-Play Stores where Talent can sell their Content.

*FREE* Studio Space:

 

There is a Romantica Production Fund for new projects.  Each new Web-FILM Launch Project gets submitted online, and then sits in a Web-FILM Project Submission Queue, waiting for both fans, and talent-peers, to “Like” the project. Each project must receive a certain amount of “Likes” in order to be dropped into the Funding Queue. Projects in the Funding Queue are either PENDING, or APPROVED, for funding, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once a project’s turn in the queue has arrived, and the project is ‘Approved’ for funding, it receives a Project Number, which is needed to book Studio-space.

 

Romantica Staff/Talent have first priority with regards to studio rentals. This means, so long as the project sits in the Web-FILM Queue, and is intended to be released as a “Romantica” Films Production – since the studio’s profit cut from each project goes back into the Romantica Production Fund, which benefits everyone – Romantica Staff/Talent will not be charged to rent the studio, and need only book/reserve studio space, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

If the project will NOT be released as a “Romantica” Film Production – which means it does NOT require Romantica funding, and is NOT currently sitting in the Funding Queue - but will be released as a project which is independent from the Romantica brand, then although they maintain first priority for booking, Romantica Staff/Talent will be charged standard Studio Rental Fees.

The skills, and talents, of those who work with us, are the very essence of Romantica. Which is why it is, literally, our business-model to put those talents on display, for the world to see, and enjoy. As such, the physical, and mental, health, and safety, of our Talent is of the utmost importance. So, the same way companies provide vehicles for those in positions which require frequent, local, travel, so too should personal security be provided for those in positions which require public exposure. And, since our entire company is dependent on our Talent's well-being, and because we are the ones exposing them to the public, we  – as we should be – are the ones responsible for covering the cost of keeping them safe from public threats, at all times.
