The Newbie Nite-Hood is comprised of the personal, male, and female, Security Guards assigned to protect 411 Inc. staff, called NITES. Selected individuals are welcomed into the Honorable Order Of Defenders (HOOD) with an official Nite-ing Ceremony.

NITES have two (2) main duties:

(1) Protection

(2) Enforcement

The Newbie Nite-Hood Motto, which states the qualities NITES must have, and exhibit, in order to fulfill their Protection Duty, is: Nobility; Intelligence; Tenacity; Equality.

The rules, which NITES must enforce, in order to fulfill their Enforcement Duties, are: Respect The Uniform (RTU); Respect The Image (RTI) – which emphasizes the Morality Clause in their 411 Inc. Smart-Contracts.

HOOD Head Quarters (H.H.Q.) is located in every city where there are Newbie Studios.
