Model Smart-Contracts are biennial (2-years), and are formed after the public votes for auditioning Models. The Newbie Spokesmodel Contest to select new Nite-Ingales, and Nite-Hawks, is also biennial, and occurs shortly after Model Smart-Contract Agreements are formed. At that time, interested, newly-signed, Models, who meet the Contest Qualifications, may enter the Contest.

NOTE:

Aside from that which is listed below, NITE-Ingales, and NITE-Hawks, are also required to:

Attend/Partake in promotional Photo-Shoots, PSAs, and Event Rehearsals

Attend Newbie Web-FILM Premiers & other Newbie Inc. Events

Accept ARC-Awards on behalf of absent Newbie Inc. Talent

10 NITE-INGALE/NITE-HAWK Criteria:

1. All Applicants must speak, comprehend, read, and write, FLUENT English. If English is not the national language of your country, then Applicants must speak, comprehend, read, and write, their native language in addition to being fluent in the English language.

Nite-Lite Info services are a world-wide entertainment guide for the English-speaking traveler; hence all Newbie employees must be fluent in English.

2. You must be a citizen of the Country of application, in possession of legal travel documents, and be able to fly to, and from, national, and international, destinations, without complications, or need for special equipment, or assistance.

3. You must be an outgoing, non-smoking, attractive individual between 21 and 27 years of age, who is comfortable in front of a camera, articulate, quick-witted, has an approachable, relatable, demeanor, and possesses a pleasant speaking voice - all of which adds up to having strong Communication Skills.

4. You must be comfortable being seen nude, and/or being dressed, by an internal team of Stylists. As well, you must be comfortable modeling, and being photographed in: swim-wear; lingerie; and under-garments.

5. You cannot be: married, pregnant, and/or have any children, or have any plans to marry, or have children, within the next two (2) years.

6. You cannot be in school, and or have any plans to attend school, either in person, or remotely, within the next two (2) years.

7. If chosen, you must be willing to leave your current employment, as Nite-Ingales, and Nite-Hawks, are exclusive to the Newbie brand, and cannot be employed elsewhere – be it part-time, full-time, or seasonally.

8. As NITE-Ingales, and NITE-Hawks, may be exposed to alcohol, and other vices, and temptations – by nature of the industry, you cannot have been previously, or currently be, addicted to, and/or using, or abusing, any illicit, or prescription, drugs, and/or alcohol, and/or cannot be recovering from, or in treatment, or counseling, for, drug, and/or alcohol, addiction.

Spokesmodels will specifically be screened for illicit, addictive, drugs: cocaine, methamphetamine, heroine etc. We make realistic exceptions for Alcohol, Cannabis, and other psychedelic plants used in spiritual practices, such as: Peyote, Ayahuasca, etc. - only.

9. You cannot have a criminal record of any kind, and MUST pass a Criminal Background-Check.

10. You must be in excellent health, with no ailments, or conditions, that would prohibit you from: spending extended periods of time on your feet; dancing and/or participating in other vigorous physical exercises; traveling over-seas; functioning on less than eight hours sleep – though infrequent.

Models must disclose full medical history, as well, must pass a full physical medical examination, which includes illicit-drug screening, and STD-testing.

The Rules:

Medical Testing:

*Mandatory* STD-testing of Newbie Spokesmodels is due to the fact that Models may be working directly, or indirectly, with Romantica Performers , and/or due to proximity, and opportunity, could, possibly, come into contact with Romantica Performers. This is a safety measure, to ensure that all persons in Romantica Performers’ environment – with whom they could, possibly, be intimate – are, like them, also in optimal health. Mandatory Health & Wellness (H.W.) Testing occurs every thirty (30) days. To ensure seamless coordination with work schedules, each individual’s H.W. Test is scheduled to occur on the same date, every thirty (30) days. I.e. the 15th of each month.

If a Newbie Spokesmodel fails even one (1) H.W. Test, that qualifies as a ‘breech of contract’, at which point the Model’s Newbie Inc. Smart-Contract will be immediately terminated.

The H.W. Test is a twenty (20) minute procedure:

STD Testing: blood; urine; swabs = 20 Mins

*RANDOM* Drug-Screening:

All Newbie Spokesmodels are subject to random- illicit - drug testing. We make realistic exceptions for Alcohol, Cannabis, and other psychedelic plants used in spiritual practices, such as: Peyote, and Ayahuasca - only. Models will be specifically, randomly, screened for illicit drugs: cocaine, methamphetamine, heroine, etc.

If a Newbie Spokesmodel fails even one (1) Drug-Screening, that qualifies as a ‘breech of contract’, at which point the Model’s Newbie Inc. Smart-Contract will be immediately terminated.

Drug-Screening is a ten (10) minute procedure:

Drug Screening: blood; urine = 10 Mins

TOLERANCE:

With regards to being/becoming a Newbie Inc. model, as long as every Model in the same group has the same body parts, we don’t care if those parts were birthed, or bought. I.e. all FEMALE models have female genitals; all MALE models have male genitals.

However, with the title of Newbie Spokesmodel - selected via public voting - being awarded to only a select few, in order to qualify for entry into the Newbie Spokesmodel Contest, all FEMALE Newbie Spokesmodels, a.k.a. NITE-Ingales, must be biological women, and all MALE Newbie Spokesmodels, a.k.a. NITE-HAWKs, must be biological men.

Also, we don’t care about race, or sexual preferences. Gay, straight, bisexual, pan-sexual, and everything in-between, of every race, class, and creed – all are welcomed. So, if you are unable to tolerate being on a team with others of different genders, races, and/or sexual orientations, then Newbie Inc. is NOT the place for you.

FREE Travel & Boarding:

Since Models will be travelling frequently for work, Travel accommodations, Boarding, and Meals, are all taken care of for Newbie Spokesmodels.

FREE Wardrobe:

Since Models will be travelling frequently for work, shopping for items to add to their ‘wardrobe’, as well as doing hair, and make-up, are all taken care of for Newbie Spokesmodels, via the Newbie Spokesmodel Styling Team.

FREE Private Security:

The same way companies provide vehicles for those in positions which require frequent, local, travel, so too should personal security be provided for those in positions which require public exposure. And, since Newbie Spokesmodels are exposed to the public, Newbie Inc. – as we should be – covers the cost of keeping Models safe from public threats, at all times.

Models are paid in Stokens ($t.) - the currency of Newbie Inc.
