Coco-Karat creates, and sells, premium (that’s code for “expensive”), European-style, vegan, Chocolate Bars, which provides a touch-of-decadence to every special occasion.

Our long Bean-to-Bar journey, creates the silky-smooth, minimum thirty-five percent (35%) cocoa content, gluten-free, and vegan, Coco-Karat Chocolate Bar.

Home-Grown Cocoa

The cocoa beans used in Coco-Karat products, comes from the cocoa trees grown on our, off-grid, Greenhouse Cocoa Farms.

 

The cocoa trees on our Greenhouse Farms were grown from fresh beans, which came from independent farmers in Africa, and South America. Harvested twice annually, our cocoa beans undergo a vigorous, in-house process, from fermentation, through roasting, grinding, and conching, all the way to tempering.

Natural Ingredients

All non-cocoa ingredients found in Coco-Karat products, like: *real* Nuts, and Fruits, Coconut Milk, Coconut Oil, Maple Syrup, Sugar-Cane Syrup, Vanilla Beans, and Rice, are supplied by local, independent, Farmers, and Producers.
